The composition contains the bacterial laccase Lac15, at least one oxidizing dye and at least one surfactant. The invention also relates to an application method in dyeing of the keratin fibre, particularly human hair. The composition disclosed by the invention can be prepared into a stand-by preparation under the existence of at least one oxidizing dye, so as to achieve an even dyeing effect, good strength and good chromaticity. Serious degradation is not caused, decoloration of the keratin fibre is not caused, and the keratin fibre dyeing composition is small in selectivity, and can well tolerate various stimulations possibly generated on the hair.
