The method comprises the steps that after a seedling cultivation pool is built in a seedling cultivation field, a rigid net covers the seedling cultivation pool, pedicels of coconuts are arranged downwards at the angle between 15 degrees and 55 degrees and make contact with the water surface, and after shading processing, germination is accelerated; after radicles of germs start to bud, indoleacetic acid is added into the seedling cultivation pool and growth of roots is promoted; after lateral roots of the radicles grow, a nutrition mixture is added into the seedling cultivation pool so that seedlings can be assisted in healthy and strong growth, and the seedlings are transplanted to seedling cultivation bags or moved out of an orchard after growing for 50 days to 80 days. The coconut hydration seedling cultivation method is simple in technology, germination of the coconuts is induced under the shading and hydration conditions, growth of the coconut seedlings is promoted through addition of nutrient elements, the reproductive process of the coconuts is further shortened, and the method has the advantages of being convenient to operate, short in period, high in transplanting survival rate, capable of meeting the requirement for industrial production and the like.
