Abstract

The invention discloses a high-concentration liquid calcium fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The high-concentration liquid calcium fertilizer contains the following components in percentage by weight: 54.2%-66.7% of calcium nitrate, 3.0%-9.0% of one or more of a natural sugar alcohol solution, glycerol and ethylene glycol and 30.3%-36.8% of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) adding a preset amount of calcium carbonate powder to a container under the condition of normal temperature and normal pressure, and then adding a 25wt% dilute nitric acid solution for neutralization reaction to generate a calcium nitrate solution; (b) adding a preset amount of one or more of the natural sugar alcohol solution, the glycerol and the ethylene glycol to the generated calcium nitrate solution, and reacting to prepare the high-concentration liquid calcium fertilizer. The preparation method disclosed by the invention can be used for saving the production cost by carrying out preparation through lower-cost raw material calcium carbonate and is safe in operational process. The prepared liquid calcium fertilizer is high in calcium content, high in dilution times, low in usage cost, dissolved in water by 100% and stable in property, has the advantages of fast absorption and good effect and can be widely applied to various crops.
