The technical scheme comprises the following steps: mixing poly alpha-olefin (PAO) base oil A (viscosity coefficient thereof is 140 mPa*s at the temperature of lower than 65 DEG C) with PAO base oil B (viscosity coefficient thereof is 20 mPa*s at the temperature of lower than 65 DEG C) according to a proportion of 70-80 : 30:20 to prepare primary simulated oil; wherein the mixing method is as follows: adding the base oil B with lower viscosity coefficient to the base oil A with higher viscosity coefficient; then adding 1-5g of tackifier into 1000mL of primary simulated oil; and finally mechanically stirring the prepared model oil for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 65 DEG C after the prepared simulated oil is placed in a water bath kettle, thereby obtaining the simulated oil for the experiment. The simulated oil has water displacement efficiency and polymer displacement efficiency similar to the crude oil, and realizes stable performance and good experiment repetitiveness; and the simulated oil is applicable to the sand-packed tube oil displacement experiment during the oil production teaching and scientific research.
