Problems solved by technology

Patent 101398412 disclosed a gas chromatography method for quickly identifying edible oils on April 1, 2009. The oil to be tested is compared with the spectrum of standard oils to judge the type by sensory comparison, and the oil with a similarity greater than 0.9 is considered as not adulterated. There is some error in the method

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying types of plant oils. The method comprises the following steps: performing constant-temperature gas chromatography on the plant oils, measuring the percentage of fatty acid by using an area normalization method, and determining the types of the greases by using a discriminant analysis model. The method is capable of rapidly identifying rice bran oil, palm oil, rape oil, cotton seed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil and tea seed oil with a determining accuracy of 100 percent. Seven discriminant analysis modes are established, the types of the greases of a sample to be tested can be identified by only directly substituting a fatty acid proportion in the seven discriminant analysis models; the method is simple and rapid, and is wide in adaptability and high in accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for identifying vegetable oil types. Background technique [0002] Edible vegetable oil is an indispensable and important part of residents' dietary structure, and its quality has an important impact on human health. Common edible vegetable oils include rapeseed oil, tea seed oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, palm oil, cottonseed oil, etc. The production cost and nutritional value are different, and the price varies greatly. In the market, cheap oils are often mixed with high-grade oils or pretended to be high-grade oils. The traditional physical and chemical method to detect oil takes a long time and is prone to errors. Instrumental analysis methods mostly use temperature-programmed gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy, etc. for oil detection, and analysis techniques use pattern recognition, principal component analysis, etc., and the discriminant analysis model based on con...
