Abstract

The coating is mainly made of polymers and divided into five sublayers, namely, a bonding bottom layer, a first transition layer, an elastic layer, a second transition layer and an epoxy resin rigid surface layer, main raw materials comprise E51 epoxy resin and a curing agent, an XCA-2 polyurethane elastomer and a curing agent, microcapsules, particle packing and a coupling agent, and different material combinations and processes are adopted to prepare the coating according to the function of each layer. According to the bionic construction method, erosion resistant surface structural features of desert lizards are imitated, the coating is of a multilayer structure of which the outer part is hard and the inner part is soft, a hard layer can resist particle grinding, and a soft layer can deform to reduce the surface impact stress; meanwhile, surface material microstructures of shells are imitated, the microcapsules are embedded into the hard layer, and when the microcapsules are cracked from crack tips, surface cracks can be prevented from extending, so that a crack preventing mechanism of the surface hard layer can be constructed.
