The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the fermentation composite bacteria with water to obtain a dilute bacterium solution; adding the dilute bacterium solution into the organic fertilizer, uniformly mixing, piling, and circularly overturning to obtain primary leavening; adding the ferment bacteria, fermenting until the materials are completely rotten, drying at low temperature, and pulverizing to obtain secondary leavening; and finally, adding the inorganic fertilizer, minor element, humic acid, amino acid and antibiotics, uniformly mixing, granulating, and sorting to obtain the environment-friendly fertilizer for strawberries.
