Abstract

The coating comprises the following raw materials: epoxy polyurethane, ethylene glycol, ethanol, 1,2-propylene glycol, water, maleic anhydride, a tinting pigment, phthalic anhydride, propylene glycol triacrylate, adipic acid, a cross-linking agent, pentaerythritol, hexanediol diacrylate, trimethylolpropane and trimethylolpropane triacrylate. Glossiness of the product is 130-150%, hardness is 0.9-1, softness is 1-3mm and adhesive force is on 1st grade; the coating is free from phenomenons of bubbling and peeling after being soaked in water for 5-15d, and free from bubbling and wrinkling after being soaked in saturated calcium hydroxide for 1-5d; the coating is acid-resistant within 24-48h and 200# gasoline-resistant within 24h; the coating can be widely produced and continuously replace existing materials.
