Abstract

The invention provides a separating and measuring method for chromium elements with different valence states in cigarette mainstream smoke. The chromium elements with the different valence states are separated by adopting a PCX cation exchange solid-phase extraction column, and then the contents of the chromium elements with the different valence states in the cigarette mainstream smoke are measured by adopting inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, wherein the chromium elements with the different valence states comprise trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium. The separating and measuring method for the chromium elements with the different valence states in the cigarette mainstream smoke disclosed by the invention is high in reproducibility and recovery rate, is favorable for relevant technical staff in tobacco industry to perform effective and quantitative measurement and control on the content of the chromium elements with the different valence states in the cigarette mainstream smoke, and provides powerful technical support for comprehensive and objective evaluation of the harmfulness of the chromium elements in the cigarette mainstream smoke in the tobacco industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical analysis and detection, and in particular relates to a method for separating and measuring chromium elements in different valence states in cigarette mainstream smoke. Background technique [0002] As a heavy metal element, chromium has been widely concerned and studied in recent years because of its great harm to human beings and the environment. Chromium in cigarette smoke is one of the sources of chromium in the environment and one of the harmful components listed in the Hoffmann list in the tobacco industry. The ion valence states of chromium element are divalent, trivalent and hexavalent. Among them, divalent chromium ion is a strong reducing agent with unstable properties and can be quickly oxidized into trivalent chromium. Therefore, divalent chromium rarely exists in the living body. . Trivalent chromium is an essential trace element for the human body, which can assist insulin to maint...
