Problems solved by technology

In recent years, the production of canned bamboo shoots in my country has developed rapidly. There are currently more than 600 canned bamboo shoots production enterprises. The bamboo shoot shell waste generated during the processing of bamboo shoots cannot be processed, and most of them are discarded or burned, which seriously pollutes the environment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing pleurotus ostreatus cultivation material through bamboo shoot shells. The method includes following steps: (1) preparing raw materials of the pleurotus ostreatus cultivation material, wherein the raw materials includes following components, by weight, 50-60 parts of the bamboo shoot shells, 10-20 parts of mushroom dregs, 8-10 parts of wheat bran, 0.8-1.2 parts of saccharose, 0.8-1.2 parts of gypsum powder and 0.8-1.2 parts of calcium carbonate; (2) cutting the bamboo shoot shells into granules with diameters being 2-3 cm, adding the calcium carbonate accounting for 1.8-2.5% of the weight of the bamboo shoot shells, adding water for fully infiltrating the bamboo shoot shells for 8-10 hours and draining the bamboo shoot shells; (3) mixing the infiltrated bamboo shoot shells with other components uniformly with a pH value being regulated to 8.0 to obtain a mixed material; and (4) packaging the mixed material in bags and performing high-temperature steam sterilization to obtain the pleurotus ostreatus cultivation material. In the invention, the pleurotus ostreatus cultivation material is prepared with the bamboo shoot shells as the raw material with the mushroom dregs so that a production cost of pleurotus ostreatus is reduced. The method not only increase growth speed and yield of the pleurotus ostreatus but also can reduce situation of environment pollution caused by incineration and stacking at will for rotting since the waste corn leaves and the mushroom dregs are employed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of edible fungus planting, in particular to a method for preparing oyster mushroom cultivation material by using bamboo shoot shells. Background technique [0002] Pleurotus, belonging to the Phylum Fungi, Class Basidiomycetes, Order Agaricaceae, Pleurotaceae, is a famous edible fungus. Pleurotus ostreatus has strong adaptability, wide distribution, and simple cultivation method. It is an edible fungus with the most extensive cultivation area and the highest total output in my country. At present, the cultivation materials of Pleurotus ostreatus mainly use a large amount of cottonseed hulls and wheat bran, and the production cost is relatively high. , the cost is higher in non-cotton-producing areas. [0003] Bamboo shoots are rich in nutrition, tender and delicious, and are traditional Chinese delicacies. With the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for bamboo shoots continues to increase....
