Embodiment 1

[0046] The preparation method of the magnetic collagen modified cationic flocculant of the present embodiment includes:

[0047] (1) Hydrolysis of tannery waste collagen: add an appropriate amount of tannery waste collagen into the reactor, add water with 20 times the mass of dander, heat it up to 60°C, add concentrated sulfuric acid with 1% collagen mass, and stir for 60 minute. Adjust the pH to 7 with an appropriate amount of 20% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution.

[0048] (2) Preparation of magnetic collagen hydrolyzate complex: In the above-mentioned skin collagen hydrolyzate, add Span-80 surfactant with 30% collagen mass, and stir and disperse for 60 minutes at a temperature of 40°C. After cooling to room temperature, Fe with 30% collagen mass was added 3 O 4 Magnetic fluid, ultrasonically dispersed for 5 minutes, then slowly added isopropanol with 10 times the mass of collagen under rapid stirring, and ultrasonically dispersed for 5 minutes. Add a glutaraldehyde aque...

[0052] The preparation method of the magnetic collagen modified cationic flocculant of the present embodiment includes:

[0053] (1) Hydrolysis of tannery waste collagen: Add an appropriate amount of tannery waste collagen into the reactor, add water with 50 times the mass of collagen, heat it up to 100°C, add concentrated hydrochloric acid with 3% mass of dander, and stir to react for 90 minute. Adjust the pH to 7 with an appropriate amount of 20% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution.

[0054] (2) Preparation of magnetic collagen hydrolyzate complex: In the above-mentioned skin collagen hydrolyzate, add 60% of the collagen mass hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide surfactant, and stir and disperse 90% at 70°C. minute. After cooling to room temperature, Fe with 60% collagen mass was added 3 O 4 Magnetic fluid, ultrasonically dispersed for 15 minutes, then slowly added isopropanol with 30 times the mass of the dander under rapid stirring, and ultrasonically dispersed for 15 minu...

Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetic collagen modified cationic flocculant and a preparation method thereof. The magnetic collagen modified cationic flocculant is mainly prepared by combining a magnetic fluid with waste tanning collagen which is taken as a raw material. The magnetic collagen modified cationic flocculant has the beneficial effects that a magnetic material is applied to preparation of the flocculant, and a solid and liquid separation effect of a flocculation process is enhanced by the effect of a magnetic field, and thus the quality of water discharged after the flocculation process is improved, the water treatment running cost is lowered, and water content of floccules is reduced. Resource utilization of tanning wastes is realized, and pollutant emission caused by tanning is reduced. A magnetic collagen hydrolysis product is subjected to graft copolymerization and cationic modification, and a modified product has good flocculent properties. The magnetic collagen modified cationic flocculant is easy to degrade by microorganisms in environment, short in existence time in the environment and low in residual quantity.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of water treatment agents, and in particular relates to a magnetic collagen modified cationic flocculant and a preparation method thereof. (2) Background technology [0002] Flocculation is a water treatment method with a long history. At present, the flocculation method is widely used in the purification of production and domestic water, urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, and has a significant impact on the operation conditions, treatment costs and final effluent quality of subsequent treatment processes. [0003] The process of flocculation treatment of water and wastewater is to add flocculants to the water body to destabilize colloids and suspended particles, and to achieve solid-liquid separation by means of gravity settlement. The solid-liquid separation process in water and wastewater flocculation treatment requires, on the one hand, low concentrations of colloids and...
