Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-dazzle processing formula of anti-dazzle glass applied to screens and a preparation method of the anti-dazzle glass. The processing formula comprises the following raw materials: 11-20 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 8-20 parts of sulfuric acid, 5-30 parts of polyol, 10-30 parts of sodium sulfate, 5-22 parts of hydrofluoric acid, 16-30 parts of ammonium bifluoride, 5-15 parts of gum acacia powder and 15-40 parts of water. The preparation method of the anti-dazzle glass applied to the screens comprises the following steps: washing surfaces of electronic glass samples; primarily detecting the washed electronic glass samples; laminating films on the backs of the electronic glass samples; carrying out anti-dazzle processing by using an anti-dazzle solution which is formed by using the anti-dazzle formula; putting the electronic glass samples into a polishing chemical solution to polish; and detecting products. The anti-dazzle glass can be applied to display screens and multifunctional projecting, interacting and writing boards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of glass preparation, in particular to a method for preparing anti-glare glass. Background technique [0002] The existing ordinary blackboard uses chalk for writing, which produces a lot of dust during use, which affects the health of teachers and students; the existing whiteboard uses whiteboard markers for writing, although it does not generate dust, but its reflectivity is large, which affects students' vision . Existing projection screens are generally made of cloth, and when used for projection, the resolution is low and unclear. [0003] Chinese Patent Publication No.: CN101314522B invention patent discloses a preparation method of anti-glare glass, including: 1) formula by weight of etching solution: 10-15 parts of ammonium bifluoride, 20-30 parts of ammonium fluoride, calcium fluoride 5-7.5 parts, 10-15 parts of barium sulfate, 5-7.5 parts of ammonium sulfate, 5-10 parts of sodium fluorosilicate or 5-10 par...
