Problems solved by technology

Bamboo shoot shells are rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, and also contain nutrients such as sugar, total nitrogen, and amino acids. However, the original bamboo shoot shells are hard, poor in palatability, and difficult to be digested and absorbed by animals. Microbial fermentation can improve the quality of bamboo shoot shells. palatability and increased feeding value

Embodiment 1

[0030] The specific operation steps of making yellow storage feed by composite fermentation of bamboo shoot shells are as follows:

[0031] 1. Preparation of bamboo shoot shell fermentation bottom material

[0032] Weigh 20 g of sun-dried bamboo shoot shells, crush them and pass through a 20-mesh sieve, add 5 g of bran, then add 50 mL of tap water, mix well, put them into a 250 mL beaker, compact them, seal them with newspaper, and tie them tightly, at 121 °C Steam sterilization for 30 min;

[0033] 2. Obtain Pleurotus ostreatus fermented material by aerobic fermentation

[0034] Get the oyster mushroom strain of 2% dry weight of bamboo shoot shell powder and place it on the surface of the fermentation bottom material, at a temperature of 28°C and a humidity of 65-70%, and cultivate it for 15 days. Mycelium grows densely and solidly in the material, and the cultivation is stopped;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a yellow corn silage feed by compounding and fermenting shells of bamboo shoots. The method specially comprises the following operating steps: (1) crushing the shells of the bamboo shoots, adding a small amount of bran and a proper amount of water, mixing uniformly, and sterilizing to prepare a fermenting base material; (2) inoculating oyster mushroom strains into the fermenting base material, and culturing oyster mushroom mycelia under the conditions of suitable temperature and humidity; (3) inoculating lactobacilli into the fermenting material of oyster mushroom, performing anaerobic fermentation at a suitable temperature to generate lactic acid until the pH of the material is lower than 6.0, and completing the fermentation. According to a process, the method of aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation in series is adopted; two microbes are respectively inoculated to serve as fermenting strains, so that the shells of the bamboo shoots which are difficult to degrade are converted into the yellow corn silage feed which is easily absorbed and utilized by animals; by the process, the economic benefits of a bamboo shoot food processing plant can be improved, and meanwhile, the pollution of surrounding environment caused by the plant can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of bioengineering, and specifically utilizes fermentation engineering technology to further convert leftovers produced by processing bamboo shoots into nutrients that can be digested and absorbed by animals, so as to realize waste reuse and create a circular economy. Background technique [0002] Bamboo shoot shell is a by-product of bamboo shoots falling off after growing into bamboo or bamboo shoots being processed. Bamboo shoot shells are rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, and also contain nutrients such as sugar, total nitrogen, and amino acids. However, the original bamboo shoot shells are hard, poor in palatability, and difficult to be digested and absorbed by animals. Microbial fermentation can improve the quality of bamboo shoot shells. palatability and increase feeding value. [0003] my country's bamboo forest area is vast, and the amount of bamboo shoot shells produced every year is in the millio...
