Abstract

The invention discloses a bio-polyamines-modified graphene adsorption material for selectively adsorbing phenol in mainstream smoke of cigarettes as well as a preparation method and application of the bio-polyamines-modified graphene adsorption material. The bio-polyamines-modified graphene adsorption material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of graphite powder, 5-50 parts of inorganic acid, 30-100 parts of strong oxidative substance, 5-20 parts of bio-polyamines and 0.3-1 part of 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminoprpyl) carbodiimide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing the graphite powder into a crude carboxylated graphite product, then adding polyamines and EDC, and purifying to obtain a spermine modified graphene adsorption material. The spermine modified graphene adsorption material is added into a cigarette with a cellulose acetate filter tip when used. According to the bio-polyamines-modified graphene adsorption material as well as the preparation method and the application thereof, modified graphene modified with a functional polar group is firstly used in the field of reduction of tar and harm of tobaccos, has the adsorption efficiency far higher than the traditional bulk-phase adsorption material and a three-dimensional nanometer adsorption material and is capable of greatly improving the clearing efficiency for harmful substances in the mainstream smoke of the cigarette.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an adsorption material technology for reducing tar and harm, which belongs to the tobacco industry, and specifically refers to a biopolyamine-modified graphene-based adsorption material for selectively adsorbing phenol in mainstream smoke of cigarettes, and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] With the official launch of the "Framework Convention on Tobacco Control" formulated by the World Health Organization (WHO) in my country, and the increasing attention of society and consumers to the issue of "smoking and health", "harm reduction and tar reduction" has become the world's tobacco industry. The industry attaches great importance to the direction of work. Efficient and selective reduction of the release of harmful components in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes has become a strategic research topic of tobacco research, in order to reduce the harm of tobacco products to human health and b...
