Abstract

A heat-treatment-free cast aluminium alloy material and a producing process thereof are disclosed. The cast aluminium alloy material and the producing process are characterized in that the cast aluminium alloy material comprises following components by weight: 7-10% of silicon, 5-6% of stannum, 1.3-2% of copper, 0.5-1% of manganese, 0.5-1% of zinc and 0.8-1% of iron, with the balance being aluminum and the total weight percent being 100%. A heat treatment step is omitted in the producing process, thus reducing investment for equipment, staffs and energy. The hardness reaches 76-80 HB and the tensile strength is 270 MPa, so that hardness and strength of components are enhanced, the yield of the components is increased and the service lifetime of the components is prolonged. Machinability is improved, so that the machining efficiency is increased by 20% and loss of machine tools and cutters is reduced. Accordingly, the cast aluminium alloy material and the producing process thereof reduce the energy consumption, increase the yield, simplify steps, reduce the cost and reduce pollution.
