Abstract

The invention relates to edible biological compound protein powder and a preparation method thereof. The edible biological compound protein powder is prepared from mung bean germs, honeysuckle buds and medical-edible fungus liquid strains by virtue of a biological fermentation engineering technology. The edible biological compound protein powder comprises the following raw materials as a culture medium in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of the mung bean germs, 18-20 parts of the honeysuckle buds, 2-4 parts of glucose powder and 200 parts of water; medical-edible fungus is selected from a grifola frondosa liquid strain, and the volume ratio of the grifola frondosa liquid strain to the culture medium is (5-7) to 100. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the culture medium, carrying out fermentation cultivation on cultured materials, filtering, drying, carrying out glue milling, and extracting so as to obtain the compound protein powder. According the preparation method, 47g of the protein powder can be extracted from 100g of compound bacteria powder; the protein powder is added with methionine, histidine, tryptophan, isoleucine and phenylalanine which are not contained in the mung bean germs as well as substances such as globulin, chloroplast and chlorogenic acid which are not contained in fungi.
