Abstract

A process method for using grape branches as raw materials to manufacture pulp of natural-color paper for daily use mainly comprises two portions of cooking and screening and washing, wherein a cooking method comprises the steps of dry-method material preparation, chaff cutting and dust removal, intermittent cooking by means of a rotary spherical digester, coarse pulp spraying and black liquid pre-extraction, and a screening and washing process comprises the steps of coarse pulp roughing, countercurrent washing, closed screening, secondary purification, screening and washing and re-washing by means of a pulp washer. The method is characterized in that the grape branches are used as the raw materials in the dry-method material preparation, firstly rolled by using a vehicle and then are cut into 15-30 mm material pieces by a chaff cutter, and the moisture of the material pieces is 15-25%. The method utilizes the grape branches as the raw materials to turn waste into treasure, make pulp and manufacture natural-color paper for daily use. Compared with existing produced corrugated paper, the grade and level of paper are greatly improved, production working procedures of the natural-color paper for daily use do not include a bleaching working procedure, manpower and material resources and production cost are saved, and meanwhile harm to human body health of a process for producing bleached paper for daily use is decreased.
