Problems solved by technology

[0002] Nitrogen fertilizers are easily lost after being applied to the soil. The loss methods include leaching, gas loss and fixation. The utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer is only about 30%.
Fertilizer loss not only causes waste, but also seriously pollutes the environment and reduces the quality of agricultural products
Improving the utilization rate of fertilizers has become a key issue of widespread concern. At present, the main problems in the manufacture of slow-release fertilizers are that the production cost of fertilizers is too high, the investment in equipment is large, and the added materials are not easy to degrade in the soil and cause pollution.
[0003] The existing high-nitrogen slow-release fertilizers also have deficiencies when used in saline-alkali land: (1) the effect of reducing soil alkalinity and soil pH is not good; (2) the water content in the improved soil is low; (3) nitrogen fertilizer The slow-release time is short and the amount of fertilizer is large; (4) the utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer in the soil cannot be increased at the same time; (5) the survival rate of transplanting plants in the improved soil is not high

Embodiment 1

[0027] Embodiment 1 A kind of high phosphorus long-acting slow-release fertilizer for saline-alkali land

[0028] (1) Fertilizer formula

[0029]

[0030] (2) Preparation method

[0031] a. Melting

[0032] The phosphorus nitrate and urea phosphate are melted at a high temperature of 172-175°C, put into the buffer tank, and sent to the mixing tank after metering;

[0033] b. Preheating

[0034] The rest of the raw materials, after metering, are sent to the mixer according to the proportion and fully mixed, and after mixing, they are sent to the mixing heater and heated to 100-110°C;

[0035] c. Low-temperature eutectic preparation

[0036] Mix the molten phosphorus nitrate and urea phosphate prepared in step a with the preheated raw materials (removing chitosan) prepared in step b, and mix them with a high-speed shear mixer to make a slurry. The mixing time of the slurry is 5-6 minutes to form A low-temperature eutectic with certain fluidity, and the temperature is con...

Abstract

The invention provides a high-nitrogen long-acting slow-release fertilizer for saline-alkali soil, which is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 33-40 parts of maleic anhydride, 10-15 parts of citric acid, 15-22 parts of phosphorus nitrate, 10-12 parts of biochemical fulvic acid, 7-9 parts of humic acid, 1-2 parts of iron chelate, 1-3 parts of chelated zinc, 15-19 parts of ammonium sulfate, 10-15 parts of urea phosphate, 2-4 parts of urease inhibitor, 1-2 parts of zinc chloride and 1.0-1.5 parts of chitosan. The invention also provides a preparation method of the slow-release fertilizer and application of the slow-release fertilizer in Hibiscus syriacus planting. The slow-release fertilizer lowers the alkalinity of the soil to 2.1-2.4%, lowers the pH value of the soil to 7.5-7.8, enhances the water content of the soil to 24-26%, and enhances the phosphate fertilizer utilization ratio in the soil by 11-15%. The fertilizer efficiency of the slow-release fertilizer is prolonged by more than 30 days. The transplanting survival percent of Hibiscus syriacus is 95.4-96.7%.
