Provided is a polyalkylene carbonate diol paint composition, which is a pre-coated metal (PCM) paint composition capable of being applied in various fields for architectural uses, domestic uses, coating a can, or the like, in which high hardness is required. The composition according to the present invention may provide the PCM paint capable of having a low smoke density and significantly decreasing discharge of toxic gas and smoke caused by combustion at the time of fire as compared to the existing laminate steel sheets and high gloss films. In addition, the present invention may provide a high hardness paint composition capable of being usefully used in a PCM print steel sheet applied to electric home appliances due to an excellent adhesion property to a metal material and excellent durability.
