Abstract

The self-protecting flux-cored welding wire contains resin and a filling composition, wherein the filling composition is adhered through the resin and then is extruded through an extrusion molding machine to form the welding wire. The filling composition contains a welding arc stabilizer, a metal alloy, a welding slag composition and a gas forming agent. The welding wire is formed by adopting the filling composition adhered with the resin and then performing extrusion molding, and the compositions of the welding wire are even compared with an external metal shell of a flux-cored welding wire product in the prior art. When the self-protecting flux-cored welding wire is applied to welding, a resin base is combusted and decomposed, the composition at the center of the welding wire is connected with two welding parts in a uniform transition mode, so that uniform transition is produced between the two welding parts with the influence of high welding temperature, and breakage does not occur due to different thermal expansion coefficients.
