Abstract

According to the invention, waste water is injected into a microbial electrolysis cell, a first photobioreactor is filled with methane-oxidizing bacteria and a nutrient solution, and a second photobioreactor is filled with microalgae and a nutrient solution; mixed gas of CO2, CH4 and H2 generated in the microbial electrolysis cell is introduced into the photobioreactors through a starting device, CH4 is oxidized into CO2 through the methane-oxidizing bacteria, CO2 is fixed by microalgae through photosynthesis, meanwhile, O2 generated through photosynthesis can be used for metabolism of the methane-oxidizing bacteria, and the mixed gas is in circular reaction in the first photobioreactor and the second photobioreactor.
