A circulating port is arranged at a position of the tower body at the upper end of the separating filter plate, and is connected with the nozzle through a pipeline; a circulating pump is arranged on the pipeline between the circulating port and the nozzle; and a liquid level probe is mounted at the upper end of the separating filter plate.
