Abstract

The invention relates to elastomer coating hollow micro-spheres, a process for preparing the same and application of the elastomer coating hollow micro-spheres. The elastomer coating hollow micro-spheres comprise hollow micro-spheres and elastomers. The elastomers are coated on the outsides of the hollow micro-spheres, and elastic resin is cured by ultraviolet light under the effects of photoinitiators to obtain the elastomers. The micro-spheres can be used as filling materials, so that the sound absorption performance can be improved. Compared with the prior art, the elastomer coating hollow micro-spheres, the process and the application have the advantages that the micro-spheres are used as the filling materials, accordingly, weight reduction effects can be improved as compared with common hollow micro-sphere materials, and the elastomer coating hollow micro-spheres with elastomer coating layers are excellent in sound absorption performance; reactors comprise boiling beds and ultraviolet lamps which are combined with one another, accordingly, the elastic resin such as polyurethane elastic resin and acrylic acid elastic resin can be quickly cured within approximately 60s in general, usage of volatile solvents can be reduced or completely eradicated, and environments can be protected.
