Problems solved by technology

Phytic acid is a plant extract, which itself has a certain antibacterial effect, but the cell membrane of Gram-negative bacteria can block the permeability of its antibacterial components to the cell membrane, and Gram-negative bacteria have resistance to plant antibacterial substances. As a result, it cannot show antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacteria, and it has poor antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacteria. It cannot completely remove bacteria in root canal antibacterial aspects, and the existing lubricant itself The permeability is not good, and a higher concentration of EDTA is needed to complete the corresponding effect

Abstract

The invention discloses a lubricant for root canal therapy. The lubricant consists of sodium ethylene diamine tetracetate, citric acid, urea peroxide, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, glycerol and water. The lubricant disclosed by the invention is capable of softening root canal wall and reducing preparatory resistance, and the lubricant is especially suitable for big-tapered nickel-titanium instrument preparation. On the basis of clinical test results from two groups of samples in contrast, namely a group (experimental group) making use of the root canal lubricant and a group (control group) not making use of the root canal lubricant, a bacterium detection rate inside the root canal of the group making use of the root canal lubricant in a root canal preparing process is significantly lower than the group not using the lubricant, showing that the application of the lubricant in the root canal preparing process is conducive to elimination of bacteria inside the root canal and to creation of conditions beneficial for healing of clinical chronic periapical periodontitis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of dental root canal treatment, and in particular relates to a lubricant for root canal treatment, the main purpose of which is to remove the stain layer and infection that cannot be removed during the root canal mechanical preparation process. Background technique [0002] According to the survey, the adult incidence of oral diseases in China accounts for 60% to 80% of the Chinese population, among which the incidence of pulpitis, pulp necrosis, and apical periodontitis is relatively high. The most effective cure for these diseases is root canal treat. Especially for teeth with residual crown and root, if the prosthodontic department needs to carry out post-crown restoration, root canal therapy is the only treatment method that can be selected. [0003] Root canal treatment is to completely remove the source of infection in the root canal through debridement, mechanical and chemical methods. Because the root canal s...
