Cutting propagation method by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera

A technology of twig cuttings and tree building, which is applied in the field of plant propagation, can solve problems such as the inability to form a large-scale seedling raising system, the survival rate cannot be guaranteed, and the climate and environment have a greater impact, so as to achieve convenient collection of cuttings, not easy to degenerate, The effect of improving reproductive efficiency

Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, hybrid mulberry trees have been promoted and planted in most provinces of the country, but there has not been a large-scale and industrialized planting. The main reason is that hybrid mulberry trees will not bloom and bear fruit. Most of the seedlings are propagated by hard branch cuttings and tissue culture. Both methods of raising seedlings have obvious disadvantages: the seasonality of cutting propagation with hard branches is strong, and the cutting propagation is generally carried out between Jingzhe and Qingming. When the hard branches germinate, the nutrients in the branches will gradually lose, and the survival rate will increase There is no guarantee, and the seedlings are greatly affected by the climate and environment. The seedling period lasts up to one year, and the later management costs are relatively high; although the tissue culture method can be used for seedlings all year round, it has a large investment and high technical requirements. The period is long, the cost of raising seedlings is high, and a large-scale seedling raising system cannot be formed

Embodiment Construction

[0025] In order to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention more clearly, the propagation method of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the examples.

[0026] A method for cutting and propagating hybrid tree twigs, comprising the steps of cutting seedbed preparation, collection and pruning of twigs, cutting and post-cutting management. The specific operation steps are as follows:

[0027] 1. Preparation of cutting seedbed:

[0028] (1) Cutting seedbed: Choose a flat and sunny site to build a greenhouse. The greenhouse is 3.5 meters high, 50 meters long, and 6.5 meters wide. Three rows of upside-down spraying equipment are installed in the greenhouse, and a sprinkler head is installed on each row of spraying equipment at an interval of 1.5-1.8 meters. And set 30 in each row, lay a layer of black plastic film in the greenhouse, lay 3-5 cm thick river sand on the plastic film, set 4 seedbeds with a width of 1.2 meters in t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cutting propagation method by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera. The method comprises following steps: preparation of a cutting seedbed, collection and pruning of twigs, cutting and management after cutting. By adoption of the mode of inwardly buckling a plastic thin film arched shed in a greenhouse, broussonetia papyrifera tree seedlings can be obtained at high temperature and at high humidity during a one-month cultivation period. The cutting propagation method by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera has following beneficial effects: seedlings are subjected to cutting propagation operation by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera so that the advantage of large root amount is obtained; root systems do not only grow around cuts; adventitious roots can explosively grow up under skin of twigs; by adoption of a seedling pot made by non-woven fabric and a cutting medium during transplanting cultivation of seedlings, seedlings can be propagated and planted all the year round; the cutting propagation method is short in a seedling-growing period and a seedling-recovering period after fixed plantation and great in seedling amount per unit area; due to the fact that cutting slips are cut by mother plants of broussonetia papyrifera, strain characteristics do not easily change so that high survival rate is obtained; operation steps are easy; cost is low; and large-scale propagation is easily achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant propagation, in particular to a method for cutting and propagating hybrid tree twigs. Background technique [0002] Hybrid mulberry tree is an economic crop for forestry, papermaking, and green feed development. Its leaves are a high-quality livestock and poultry feed resource, and its bark and wooden poles are raw materials for pulp and textile fibers. When the h...
