Abstract

The invention discloses an electrogalvanizing method based on a choline chloride-xylitol deep eutectic solvent, belonging to the technical field of electroplating. According to the method, xylitol, choline chloride and distilled water are mixed at a constant temperature to obtain a transparent deep eutectic solvent; then zinc chloride is added into the deep eutectic solvent, and then the mixture is mixed at a constant temperature to obtain a zinciferous deep eutectic solvent which serves as electroplate liquid; a pure zinc plate serves as an anode; low-carbon steel serves as a cathode; and the anode and the cathode are dipped in the electroplate liquid for performing continuous current electroplating. The galvanization technology disclosed by the invention is safe and non-toxic, and is environment-friendly and economical; and the problem of environment pollution existing in borofluoride galvanization, halide galvanization and other processes is solved.
