Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a PDMS-PEG core-shell structure. The PDMS-PEG core-shell structure is the following raw material components: 2g of slightly crosslinked polydimethylsiloxane elastic particles (PDMS), 5g of isocyanate-terminated polyethylene glycol (NCO-PEG), 0.1mL of dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) and 50mL of tetrahydrofuran (THF). The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 2g of PDMS and 20mL of THF, sequentially adding PDMS and THF into a 250mL three-necked bottle which is provided with a stirring paddle, a reflux condensing tube and an N2 inlet, after PDMS is adequately swelled, stirring to uniformly disperse PDMS, introducing nitrogen for protection, heating to 55-65 DEG C, and adding 0.1mL of DBTDL; and weighing 2g-5g of NCO-PEG and 30mL of THF, sequentially adding NCO-PEG and THF into a 100mL round bottom bottle, preparing a NCO-PEG tetrahydrofuran solution, slowly dropwise adding the NCO-PEG tetrahydrofuran solution into the three-necked bottle through a constant-pressure burette at a rapid stirring condition, and further reacting for 6 hours after the dropwise adding is finished.
