Embodiment 1

[0026] The centrifugal electrospinning device for preparing a large number of three-dimensional nanofiber scaffolds disclosed in the present invention, when used, first prepares the spinning solution, weighs 1200 mg of PLLA (molecular weight = 200,000 Daltons), dissolves it in 20ml (9:1 , CH 2 Cl 2 / DMF, v / v) solvent, prepared 6% PLLA solution, sealed with parafilm, magnetically stirred for 4 hours, and set aside.

[0027]PLLA solution is loaded into the feed port 12, the high-voltage positive pressure power supply 61 is connected to the centrifugal nozzle 1, and a plurality of open rotary receiving devices 2 are respectively connected to the high-voltage negative pressure power supply 62 through negative pressure power lines, and the open rotary receiving device 2 is opened. The second motor switch opens the switch of the high-voltage positive voltage power supply 61 and the high-voltage negative voltage power supply 62, thereby forming an electric field between the centrifu...

Embodiment 2

[0029] The centrifugal electrospinning device for preparing a large number of three-dimensional nanofiber scaffolds disclosed in the present invention uses polylactic acid as a raw material, and 10 grams of polylactic acid is added to the feeding port. Type rotary receiving device 2 is connected to high-voltage negative pressure power supply 62 respectively through negative pressure power supply line, then turn on the switch of heating device 5, make the polylactic acid heat to molten state in centrifugal nozzle 1, open the second motor switch of open type rotary receiving device 2 , open the switch of high-voltage positive voltage power supply 61 and high-voltage negative voltage power supply 62, thus, form electric field between centrifugal nozzle 1 and open-type rotating receiving device 2, open the switch of first motor 33, make silk fine hole 11 places The polylactic acid melt forms a continuous jet under the action of high pressure. The jet flows through the process of wh...

Abstract

The invention discloses centrifugal electro-spinning equipment for preparing a large number of three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffolds. The centrifugal electro-spinning equipment comprises a high-voltage power-supply device, a centrifugal sprayer, open-type rotary-receiving devices and a centrifugal driving mechanism. The interior of the centrifugal sprayer is provided with a liquid storage cavity. Slim filament outlet pores are arranged in the centrifugal sprayer. Each open-type rotary-receiving device comprises a rotary shaft, a transmission device and multiple support arms. Bowl-shaped revolution surfaces are formed when the support arms rotate with the rotary shaft. The multiple open-type rotary-driving devices are arrayed in a ring with the centrifugal sprayer as the center. The high-voltage power-supply device is connected with the centrifugal sprayer and the open-type rotary-receiving devices and used for generating an electric field required by solution jet flow or melt jet flow. The centrifugal electro-spinning equipment for preparing a large number of three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffolds has following beneficial effects: nanofibres are formed by polymers ejected out of the electric field and centrifugal force and settled in a three-dimensional structure on the open-type rotary-receiving devices so that thickness for settlement of fibers is increased; better compatibility of biological materials is obtained; a board application range of technology materials is achieved; and scaffold structures obtained are beneficial to cell growth of the application in tissue engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention is used in the technical field of centrifugal spinning, and in particular relates to a centrifugal electrospinning device for preparing a large number of three-dimensional nanofiber supports. Background technique [0002] Electrospinning technology is currently the most important method for preparing nanofibers. The core of this technology is to make the charged jet stretch and deform in an electrostatic field, and finally obtain a fibrous substance, thus providing a new processing method for polymer nanomaterials. Electrospinning technology has the advantages of simple operation, wide application range, and relatively high production efficiency. The spun nanofibers have the characteristics of fine fibers, large specific surface area, and high porosity. Therefore, electrospinning technology has been widely used. [0003] The traditional electrospinning method is mostly DC electrospinning method, which uses a DC high voltage power supply ...
