Problems solved by technology

However, the main problem of Fenton oxidation is that the pH of the wastewater needs to be adjusted to 3.0-4.0 before the reaction. After the reaction is completed and enters the coagulation stage, the pH of the wastewater needs to be adjusted to 7-8 with alkali, thereby producing a large amount of iron sludge. The additional cost is high, and the iron sludge production and disposal costs are high

Embodiment 1

[0030] A printing and dyeing enterprise discharges wastewater including printing, dyeing, scouring, and desizing wastewater. The mixed wastewater COD=3000-4000mg / L, after biochemical treatment, COD=1000-1200mg / L, and further advanced treatment is required to reach COD≤200mg / L L meets the pipe discharge standard and is discharged into the sewage pipe network of the industrial park. The Fenton oxidation process of iron circulation and zero discharge of sludge proposed in this embodiment is used for treatment. The specific methods and steps are: (1) the biochemical effluent of printing and dyeing wastewater enters the Fenton reactor for treatment, and the effluent COD after treatment is ≤ 200mg / L; 2) Feed the iron-containing sludge produced by Fenton oxidation into the thermal catalytic reduction reactor, and add activated carbon powder to the wastewater of the reactor at a dosage of 100mg / L; (3) Seal the thermal catalytic reduction reactor , at a temperature of 180°C, react for ...

Embodiment 2

[0034] In an environmental protection service center, the COD of wastewater collected from offshore oil production platforms is 25000-30000mg / L. There are many organic suspended solids in the wastewater, which are difficult to remove by traditional flocculation and sedimentation, thus reducing the scaling and effectiveness of subsequent evaporation devices. The water quality of the wastewater is relatively clear after being treated by the Fenton oxidation process, which can meet the requirements of the subsequent evaporation process; however, a large amount of iron-containing sludge is produced during the Fenton treatment process, which is difficult and expensive to dispose of. The Fenton oxidation process of iron circulation and zero discharge of sludge proposed in this embodiment is used for treatment. The specific methods and steps are: (1) the biochemical effluent of oil production wastewater enters the Fenton reactor for treatment; (2) the Fenton oxidation produced Iron sl...

Abstract

The invention relates to a Fe-recycling Fenton oxidation method with zero sludge discharge and a device thereof. The Fenton oxidation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: treating industrial wastewater by virtue of a Fenton oxidation reactor, adding Fe<2+>, H2O2 and acid during initial operation of the reactor, adding produced iron-containing sludge into a thermocatalytic reduction reaction kettle, adding activated carbon powder, sealing the reaction kettle, heating to 180-200 DEG C, stirring and reacting for 3.0-4.0 h, so as to obtain a solid-liquid two-phase mixture, discharging, adding into a water inlet of the Fenton oxidation reactor, mixing with the industrial water, acid and H2O2, and then entering the reactor and carrying out Fenton reaction, wherein initially and exogenously added Fe<2+> is replaced, and sludge produced during reaction is recycled. The method provided by the invention can realize zero sludge discharge of a Fenton oxidation technology, Fe in the Fenton oxidation reactor is recycled, and great advantage in the aspect of saving reagent expense of the Fenton oxidation technology and sludge treatment cost is shown.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of advanced oxidation treatment of wastewater and sludge resource utilization, and in particular relates to a Fenton oxidation method and a device thereof for iron circulation and zero discharge of sludge. Background technique [0002] The Fenton oxidation process has the unique advantages of high oxidation-reduction potential of hydroxyl radicals produced by it and basically non-selective oxidation of refractory organic matter. It has been applied to the pretreatment and advanced treatment of refractory industrial wastewater. The additional cost is high, and the iron sludge production and disposal co...
