Embodiment 1

[0012] 1. Material collection and processing

[0013] Dry the obtained plant materials of Tripterygium wilfordii, tobacco, astragalus, toosendan, angelica, ainaxiang and andrographis paniculata after drying at 50°C, and take 500g of the crushed plant materials respectively in 500mL of distilled water Extract in boiling water for 30 minutes, filter through double-layer gauze, take the supernatant, add water to make up to 500mL, and obtain plant extracts, and store all kinds of plant extracts separately at 4°C. In order to verify the control effect of plant extracts on phylloxera nymphs in the present invention, select muwante (spirotetramat active ingredient is 240g L -1 , Germany Bayer Crop Science Company) as a control insecticide, using Bayer's recommended concentration of 800ug·mL -1 .

[0014] Put a filter paper with a diameter of 9 cm on the bottom of a petri dish with a diameter of 9 cm, drop 1.5 mL of the plant extract prepared by the present invention on the filter p...

Embodiment 2

[0020] 1. Material collection and processing:

[0021] The host material is annual Cabernet Sauvignon cutting seedlings (which have been infected by phylloxera to form root knots, and the phylloxera used in the test is the Shaanxi Baqiao biotype). The experiment was carried out in the greenhouse of Shandong Agricultural University in 2013. The infected grape potted plants were irrigated every 2 days with tobacco extract (smoke treatment) and tap water (CK) which had been diluted 20 times with water, respectively, for a total of one week. After the treatment, the test seedlings were removed to observe the condition of the roots. After the treatment of tobacco extract, the number of root knots formed in the roots of Cabernet Sauvignon cutting seedlings decreased significantly, while the control group watered with tap water had no significant change in the number of root knots. At the same time, the root activity of Cabernet Sauvignon cutting seedlings watered with tobacco extrac...

Embodiment 3

[0023] 1. Material collection and processing:

[0024] According to the operation method in the embodiment 1, establish four treatments, apply respectively the Radix Astragali extract, tobacco extract and tobacco Radix Astragalus mixed extract (Astragalus extract and tobacco extract according to 1 : 1 volume ratio mixed to make compound Tobacco and Radix Astragali mixed extract); take the application of water as contrast; calculate the death rate of the eggs and nymphs of phylloxera after 24 hours. Experimental result shows, among the present invention, tobacco and Radix Astragali extract are compounded and used according to the ratio of 1:1, and the control effect to grape phylloxera ovum is better than applying tobacco extract or Radix Astragali extract separately ( figure 1 ).

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preventing and controlling daktulosphaira vitifolia fitch by utilizing a plant source preparation. The method comprises the following steps of using tobacco, blumea balsamifera, radix astragali, radix tripterygii wilfordii, radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus toosendan and herba andrographitis as plant raw materials, and preparing the plant raw materials into plant extract liquor after extracting; independently or compositely using the plant extract liquor according to the soil texture and the damage degree of the daktulosphaira vitifolia fitch, irrigating diluted plant extract liquor to soil at the root of a grape plant after the plant extract liquor is diluted by water according to a volume ratio of 20 to 50 times, and irrigating for 4 to 6 times every year, wherein the plant extract liquor can also be applied with irrigation water. According to the method for preventing and controlling the daktulosphaira vitifolia fitch by utilizing the plant source preparation, disclosed by the invention, the plant water extract liquor having pest inhibiting and pest killing functions is firstly used for evaluating a prevention and control effect of the daktulosphaira vitifolia fitch; compared with an existing chemical insecticide available in the market, the method has the advantages that environmental friendliness is realized, grape tree bodies are not damaged, grape fruits are not polluted, application is convenient and safe, daktulosphaira vitifolia fitch groups can be sustainably and effectively controlled, and the method is suitable for being used in a fruit garden which suffers from the daktulosphaira vitifolia fitch already and still keeps commercial production.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for preventing and controlling grape phylloxera by using plant-derived preparations, in particular to a method for treating grape phylloxera with extracts from Chinese herbal medicine plants unique to China, such as tobacco, Ainaxiang, Astragalus, Tripterygium wilfordii, Sophora flavescens, and Toosendan. The invention discloses a method for controlling the obligate parasitic pest phylloxera, belonging to the field of biological control of grape pests. 2. Background technology [0002] Grape phylloxera (Daktulosphara avitifolia Fitch) is a very small quarantine pest that parasitizes on grape roots. Grape phylloxera directly affects the transportation of grape nutrients and water by eating the grape root system, causing the tree to weaken. At the end of the eighteenth century, phylloxera spread from the Americas to Europe, which led to the extinction of the sensitive Eurasian grape varieties. Producers had t...
