Abstract

The manufacturing method of the smokeless pan comprises the following steps of: depositing a super-hard diamond-like film layer, which is good in heat conductivity and is nontoxic and environmentally friendly, at the bottom of a pan by taking an aluminum alloy, stainless steel or an iron pan as a matrix. A specific deposition method comprises the following steps of: injecting metal Ti ions into the surface of a pan base by adopting metal vapor vacuum arc ion source (MEVVA) so as to form a metal 'pinning layer', and then depositing a first layer namely a metal Ti stress release layer on the surface of the base by adopting a 90-degree magnetic filtered metallic cathodic vacuum arc (FCVA) technology; and depositing a second layer namely a super-hard diamond-like film layer on the first layer namely the stress release layer by adopting a 180-degree FCVA method, wherein the total thickness of the two-layer composite film is 0.1-10 microns, the heat conductivity of the film layer is 500-1000W / m.K which is 20 times or above of that of an iron pan, and meanwhile, the hardness of the film layer is 60Gpa which is 15 times or above of that of iron, stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
