Abstract
The invention discloses an organic silicon high-temperature resistant coating which consists of the following components: benzyl silicon resin, a silane coupling agent, phthalic ester, chromium sesquioxide, mica powder, talc powder, aluminum stearate, barium metaborate, porcelain clay, aluminum powder and low-melting-point glass powder. In the invention, organic silicon resin is used as a base material, and the talc powder is added into the formula; and by adding the talc powder, the liner expansion coefficient of the coating can be changed, and the room-temperature alternating property and anti-cracking property at high temperature of the coating are improved. Through tests, the coating can tolerate a high temperature of 700 DEG C, and the coating layer is tough.
