The material is prepared from the following raw materials: egg shell powder, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and graphene oxide in a certain ratio. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing egg shell powder, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and graphene oxide; (2) preparing an ammonium dihydrogen phosphate standard solution; (3) ultrasonically dispersing the egg shell powder into the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate standard solution, adding graphene oxide, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixture; and (4) pouring the mixture in a reaction kettle, heating the reaction kettle to 80-140 DEG C, reacting for 18-30 hours, cooling the product obtained after reaction to room temperature, washing and drying.
