Problems solved by technology

There are not many types of hydrogels purely based on physical cross-linking. Traditional physical cross-linking hydrogels use one or several hydrophilic polymers to directly cross-link, which is affected by the polymer chain length, configuration, conformation, etc. Its cross-linking is difficult, the degree of cross-linking is often not high, the mechanical strength of the hydrogel is poor, and the types of polymers are limited, and there are few types to choose from, which greatly limits its preparation and application.

Embodiment 1

[0052] Preparation of solution A: Mix 7 g of polyethylene oxide, 62 g of water and 31 g of ethylene glycol, and fully stir for 120 minutes under heating at 100° C. to obtain uniform and clear solution A.

[0053] The solution A was transferred into a plate-shaped glass mold, sealed and placed in a room temperature environment of 20°C. After 12 hours, it was taken out to obtain a hydrogel with a thickness of 2 mm.

Embodiment 2

[0055] Preparation of solution A: 4g of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 48g of water and 48g of sorbitol were mixed, fully stirred at 100°C for 120 minutes to obtain uniform and clear solution A.

[0056] Transfer the solution A into a plate-shaped glass mold, and immediately put it into a constant temperature refrigerator at a temperature of -25°C for low-temperature freezing after sealing. After 12 hours, it was taken out from the refrigerator and thawed at room temperature for 1 hour to obtain a hydrogel with a thickness of 2 mm.

Embodiment 3

[0058] Preparation of solution A: Mix 2 g of polyvinyl alcohol, 73.5 g of water and 24.5 g of glucose, and fully stir for 120 minutes under heating at 100° C. to obtain uniform and clear solution A.

[0059] The solution A was transferred into a plate-shaped glass mold, sealed and placed in a room temperature environment of 20°C. After 12 hours, it was taken out to obtain a hydrogel with a thickness of 2mm.

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-strength physical crosslinking hydrogel and elastomer composition and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a physical crosslinking agent, water and water-soluble organic polymers to obtain a uniform solution, forming the hot solution, and then cooling to obtain a high-strength physical crosslinking hydrogel product; and removing water in the prepared hydrogen to obtain elastomer. The hydrogen and elastomer composition has excellent tensile strength, elongation at break and elastic modulus. By the preparation method of the high-strength physical crosslinking hydrogel and elastomer composition provided by the invention, crosslinking difficulty is reduced, the range of an application system is wide, controllability is high, and residues of organic monomers or initiators are avoided. The preparation method is simple, the cost is low, and the prepared hydrogel and elastomer composition is uniform, is good in transparency, has excellent mechanical properties, is pure, does not have impurities, does not have toxic or side effects, and has wide application prospects in the fields of the industry, biomedicine and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials, and in particular relates to a high-strength physical cross-linked hydrogel and elastomer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Hydrogel is a special kind of soft and wet polymer material, which is constructed by the three-dimensional network structure composed of hydrophilic polymer chains to absorb a large amount of water. It is widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry, cosmetics and other fields. Controlled release, tissue engineering and other fields also have good application prospects. [0003] According to the different construction methods of the three-dimensional network skeleton, hydrogels are mainly divided into physically cross-linked hydrogels and chemically cross-linked hydrogels. Among them, the network structure of chemically cross-linked hydrogel has permanent characteristics, and chemical initiators or cross-linking agents need to be added duri...
