Embodiment 1

[0024] Embodiment 1 The experimental operation process of a barium chloride turbidimetric improvement method suitable for sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid concentration determination in the air of the workplace of the present invention.

[0025] Preparation of reagents:

[0026] 1) Barium chloride solution (10%): take 10g of barium chloride (BaCl 2 ), dissolve in water, add water to 100mL.

[0027] 2) Mixing reagent: volume ratio of absolute ethanol: barium chloride solution: polyethylene glycol (PEG600) = 1:2:0.7.

[0028] 3) hydrochloric acid solution: the concentration of described hydrochloric acid solution is 0.3mol / L;

[0029] 4) Standard solution: Accurately weigh 0.1776g of potassium sulfate (dried at 105°C for 2h), dissolve it in water, quantitatively transfer it into a 100mL volumetric flask, and dilute with water to the mark. This solution is a 1.0mg / mL standard stock solution. Before use, dilute with water to 50.0ug / ml sulfuric acid standard solution.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for determining the concentrations of sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid in air of a working place. The method comprises the steps of preparing a mixed reagent, wherein the mixed reagent is prepared from absolute ethyl alcohol, a barium chloride solution and polyethylene glycol, and the volume ratio of the absolute ethyl alcohol to the barium chloride solution to the polyethylene glycol is 1 : 2 : (0.2 to 0.7); preparing a hydrochloric acid solution; mixing a sample solution, the mixed reagent and the hydrochloric acid solution, and determining the absorbance of a sample; comparing an obtained absorbance numerical value with a standard curve to obtain the concentrations of the sulfur trioxide and the sulfuric acid in the air of the working place. By taking the polyethylene glycol as a stabilizer, changing the proportion of the barium chloride mixed reagent and optimizing the concentration of the utilized hydrochloric acid and mixed reaction time of the reagent before determination, the linearity of the prepared standard curve is better in a process of determining the sulfur trioxide and the sulfuric acid, and the absorbance stabilizing time of the solution is long; each performance can meet the requirements of determining the sulfur trioxide and the sulfuric acid in the air.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemistry, and relates to a method for detecting occupational disease hazard factors, in particular to a method for measuring the concentration of sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid in the air of a workplace. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy, the number of enterprises involved in occupational disease hazards has increased rapidly, resulting in a very severe form of occupational disease prevention and control. In 2011, the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress passed the "Resolution on Amending the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases", further emphasizing the acceleration of the establishment and improvement of an occupational health technical service system. The key to occupational disease prevention and control lies in prevention, and the source of prevention lies in the w...
