The herbicidal composition contains herbicidal active components including fenoxaprop-p-ethyl, flupyrsulfuron-methyl and carfentrazone-ethyl, and a safener, wherein fenoxaprop-p-ethyl accounts for 1-40% of the total weight of the herbicidal composition, flupyrsulfuron-methyl accounts for 1-25% of the total weight of the herbicidal composition, carfentrazone-ethyl accounts for 1-25% of the total weight of the herbicidal composition, and the safener accounts for 10-20% of the total weight of the herbicidal composition. The herbicidal composition is long in persistence, the active components have a synergistic or additive function.
