Problems solved by technology

Some studies have shown that most commercial artificial baits and wrong feeding methods can not increase the growth rate of corals, but may cause eutrophication of water bodies and coral bleaching
Due to the fixed position mode of corals, it is impossible to swim and prey during the artificial feeding process, resulting in a large amount of residual bait, which not only causes eutrophication of the water body but also increases the cost of breeding

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation and feeding method of sustained-release pellet feed for the artificial breeding of corals. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) weighing mysid, mussel gonad, ulva and kelp, adding an appropriate amount of seawater, wet grinding into thick pulp, adding raw materials such as calcium oxide, fish oil, nannochloris oculata powder, yeast powder, rhodospira rubrum powder, vitamins, MgSO4, carboxymethylcellulose, and yam powder, adding an appropriate amount of seawater, uniformly mixing to obtain a wet-clustered mixture, extruding and granulating the wet-clustered mixture by using a granulating machine, air drying or drying with hot air to obtain the sustained-release pellet feed for the artificial breeding of the corals; and (2) loading the sustained-release pellet feed in a mesh bag, immersing the mesh bag containing the pellet feed in water, and fixing at a position of 150 to 200 mm above the coral spikelet. The sustained release rate of the sustained-release feed is regulated to be roughly the same with a predation rate of the coral, so that the utilization rate of the feed is increased, the cost of the feed is reduced, and the eutrophication of the water quality in the coral cultivating water tank environment is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial breeding of marine biological corals. In particular, it relates to a preparation and feeding method of slow-release bait for artificial culture of corals. Background technique [0002] With the development of living coral aquaculture in the commercial aquarium market, artificial breeding of corals is one of the main ways to solve the contradiction between the endangered wild coral resources and the growing demand for corals in the rapidly growing commercial aquarium market. Current literature reports: there are very few domestic coral breeding research reports that meet the needs of the aquarium market. The growth effects of the growth pattern can be controlled. The artificial bait and bait feeding method of corals have a great relationship with the success of coral asexual reproduction segmentation amplification. Some studies have shown that most commercial artificial baits and wrong feedin...
