Abstract

The invention relates to a culture medium for rooting of a tissue-cultured blueberry seedling and a culturing method using the same. The culture medium comprises a nutrient solution I, a support I and hormone, wherein the nutrient solution I is prepared by adopting distilled water; the support I comprises perlite and agar; and the hormone is IBA. The culture medium provided by the invention reasonably controls the proportion of ammoniacal nitrogen and nitric nitrogen, thereby facilitating vigorous growth of the tissue-cultured blueberry seedling; meanwhile, a low-nitrogen, high-phosphorus and boron combination prepared in the culture medium is especially applicable to the requirements of the tissue-cultured blueberry seedling for rooting, thereby facilitating the growth of a blueberry root system; the addition of VC can effectively prevent browning and promote rooting, thereby improving the rooting rate of blueberry; in addition, agar and perlite are adopted as the support of the culture medium, so good permeability is obtained, and good conditions are further provided for rooting of the tissue-cultured blueberry seedling; and the culturing method provided by the invention has strong pertinence and good adaptability, can culture the tissue-cultured blueberry seedling with a rooting rate reaching 90% or above in 30 d, and has the rooting rate far higher than the rooting rate in the same time in the prior art.
