The candy comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10 to 40% of stachyose, 10 to 40% of beta-cyclodextrin, 0 to 5% of honeysuckle flower, 0 to 5% of poria cocos, 0 to 5% of chrysanthemum, 0 to 5% of wolfberry, 0 to 5% of salt, 0 to 5% of edible essence, 0 to 5% of jujube, 0 to 5% of licorice, 0 to 5% of mulberry, 0 to 5% of haw, 0 to 5% of polygonatum rhizome, 0 to 5% of cassia bark, 10 to 40% of condensed milk, 10 to 40% of white granulated sugar, 0.5 to 1% of amino acid-vitamin additive, and 0.01 to 0.1% of phaffia rhodozyma astaxanthin.
