According to the method, when seeds are treated, the seeds are refrigerated at lower temperature, activities of the celery seeds are kept, the seeds are treated by the aid of ultrasound, seed dormancy is broken, the seeds are placed into gibberellin aqueous solution, and accelerating germination treatment is performed in a deep well after germination is accelerated. The steps of the method are cooperated, germination is accelerated, and germination rate is increased. The experimental results show that germination is accelerated by the method, the germinating time is about 6 days and advanced about 1 day as compared with accelerating germination method of low temperature storage and gibberellin aqueous solution, and the germination rate reaches 85% or more in about 6 days.
