Abstract

The device provided by the invention comprises a discharging mechanism and a power supply circuit, wherein the discharging mechanism comprises a dielectric medium pipe and a plate electrode; conducting solution is injected into the dielectric medium pipe, the conducting solution is electrically connected with the high voltage output terminal of the power supply circuit, and the plate electrode is connected with a ground wire. The device provided by the invention can produce large-volume homogenous atmospheric-pressure discharge in an air environment and is independent of a vacuum device, so that production cost can be reduced; meanwhile, the device can realize larger-volume gas gap discharge, and application range is greatly expanded; besides, the device can realize large-volume homogenous atmospheric-pressure discharge by using an alternating current power supply, without adopting an expensive nanosecond pulse power supply.
