Embodiment 1

[0024] (1) Water washing: add the waste platinum-based catalyst to 40-50°C water, keep stirring for 1 hour, then add detergent builder, mix well and continue heating to reflux state, keep stirring for 15 minutes, then stand at room temperature for 2 hours, and finally heat to reflux again Stir for 15 minutes in a state of heat preservation. After cooling to room temperature, let it stand for stratification. After removing the upper oil phase and suspended matter, filter it with filter paper, and rinse the obtained filter residue with water twice;

[0025] (2) Drying and calcining: place the washed waste platinum-based catalyst in an oven at 75-80°C for drying, transfer it to a calciner after the water content is lower than 1%, and calcinate at 450-500°C for 3 hours;

[0026] (3) Pickling: Add the calcined spent platinum-based catalyst into 5 times the mass concentration of 20% hydrochloric acid solution in parts by weight, fully mix and let stand for 1 hour, then heat to reflux...

Abstract

A method of preparing a C4 isomerization catalyst by utilizing a waste palladium-based catalyst is disclosed and relates to the technical field of petroleum chemical engineering. The method includes steps of (1) water washing, (2) drying and calcinating, (3) acid washing and (4) regeneration. The method achieves regeneration and utilization of the waste palladium-based catalyst, and prepares the catalyst for C4 isomerization to prepare light aromatic hydrocarbons. On the premise of ensuring the catalytic efficiency to be 90% or above, the palladium-based catalyst purchasing cost is effectively reduced and influences of the waste palladium-based catalyst on the environment are relieved.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical industry, in particular to a method for preparing a C4 isomerization catalyst by utilizing a waste platinum-based catalyst. [0003] Background technique: [0004] C4 fraction is a mixture of various hydrocarbons containing four carbon atoms, mainly derived from refinery gas produced during petroleum refining and by-products of petroleum cracking to produce ethylene, and is a basic chemical raw material with potential value. For the utilization of C4 fractions, one of them is to produce heavy aromatics and light aromatics by C4 isomerization, and the economic benefit of light aromatics is higher than that of heavy aromatics, while the yield of light aromatics produced by previous methods is low. Therefore, it is necessary to produce light aromatics by selective isomerization using a catalyst. [0005] Platinum-based catalysts are commonly used catalysts for C4 isomerization, and usua...
