Abstract

The invention provides application of cerium nitrate to preparation of a flavonoid compound through aspergillus niger fermentation. According to the application, the cerium nitrate or the cerium nitrate and 4-cumaric acid are added into a culture medium; then, aspergillus niger is inoculated; fermentation culture is performed to obtain the flavonoid compound. Through experiments, the cerium nitrate or the cerium nitrate and the 4-cumaric acid are added, so that the total quantity for synthesizing the flavonoid compound by the aspergillus niger can be increased; the cerium nitrate or the cerium nitrate and the 4-cumaric acid can be considered to be added as stimulating factors into industrial application of producing flavonoid through fermentation; the yield of the flavonoid compound is improved.
