Abstract

The invention provides a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) method for rapidly detecting new psychoactive substances in human urine, which comprises the following steps: synthesizing gold nanorod colloidal sols with SERS activity; dripping the cleaned gold nanorod colloidal sols onto a clean hydrophobic silicon wafer, and drying to obtain an SERS substrate; collecting human urine, adding a nitric acid solution, shaking, and standing for 4-6 min; adding a slightly alkaline solution and an organic extractant, and carrying out shaking extraction; standing for 1-2 min, and collecting an organic layer solution; and dripping the organic layer solution onto the SERS substrate, and performing SERS detection with a portable Raman spectrometer. Through pretreatment of toxins in human urine, the method disclosed by the invention can rapidly purify and enrich new psychoactive substances in human urine, and the detection is sensitive and rapid and can be completed within 10 min.
