Problems solved by technology

In addition, in the existing biochar preparation research, most of the biochar is prepared from a single raw material, and there are few studies on the preparation of biochar from mixed materials, especially the lack of research on the purposeful combination of biomass raw materials to prepare biochar with high adsorption performance.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method for biocarbon slow-release fertilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing chestnut shells and pistachio nut shells and carrying out crushing and mixing; then adding an aqueous catalyst solution; subjecting a mixture obtained in the previous step to sealing and standing and then placing the mixture in a sample boat; introducing nitrogen and carrying out airtight pyrolysis; after completion of the reaction, carrying out cooling to room temperature, then taking out a reaction product and uniformly mixing the reaction product with H2O2; successively carrying out oscillation in an oscillator, washing with distilled water and drying so as to obtain biocarbon with high adsorptivity; then preparing modified biocarbon rich in ammonium groups from the biocarbon with high adsorptivity; and finally preparing the selenium-containing biocarbon-based organic-inorganic slow-release fertilizer to reduce the release speed of fertilizer nutrients and realize recycling of waste material resources. The slow-release fertilizer prepared in the invention has prolonged fertilizer efficiency, can provide crops with selenium and improves the quality of agricultural products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the application field of biochar, and in particular relates to a preparation method and application of biochar. Background technique [0002] According to statistics, the annual consumption of chemical fertilizers in my country has reached 42.14 million tons, with an average of 368kg / hm 2 , and there is still an irrational structure in the application process of chemical fertilizers, and the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers is extremely low. According to data, the average utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer in my country is only 30% to 40%, phosphate fertilizer is only 10% to 20%, and potassium fertilizer is only 35% to 50%. The loss of chemical fertilizers not only increases production costs, but also causes eutrophication of lakes, reservoirs, rivers and other water bodies, changes in soil properties, decline in productivity, and decline in the quality of agricultural products. Therefore, reducing non-point sour...
