The aqueous polyurethane-acrylic resin emulsion is prepared from polyurethane emulsion and an acrylic monomer through emulsion polymerization, wherein during polymerization, a silane coupling agent, sodium m-carboxylbenzenesulfonate and graphene are added as emulsion polymerization additives. The waterborne ink has high adhesion force, small contact angle, good wetting property and low cost when being applied to PVC printing.
