Abstract

A biochemical detection system and method based on electrochemical enhanced reflection spectrum signals are disclosed. The method includes firstly building an electrochemical detection system and a reflection spectrum detection system; then immediately preparing a gold nanocone array sensor; performing reduction and deposition of silver nanometer particles on the surface of the sensor through cyclic voltammetry; modifying the surface of the sensor with a sulfydryl-containing receptor molecule through bonding of a metal-sulfur covalent bond, with a product being used for specific detection of a target compound; building a concentration-dependent curve; and finally analyzing a compound of a concentration to be detected. The biochemical detection system and method achieve measurement and analysis of a target compound from two aspects, namely a reflection spectrum aspect and an electrochemical aspect, have advantages of high sensitivity, no need of labeling, real-time and rapid detection, and the like, and can meet requirements of electrochemical detection.
