A preparation method of the corrosion inhibitor comprises the following steps: a compound containing a benzene ring and amido is used as a reaction monomer to uniformly mix with solvent, and then, is heated for solvent thermal reaction to obtain the acid washing corrosion inhibitor containing the multi-aromatic-ring nitrogen-contained carbon quantum dots. The acid washing corrosion inhibitor containing the multi-aromatic-ring nitrogen-contained carbon quantum dots has such characteristics as simple synthesis, no poison and harm and easiness in dissolution in acid; meanwhile, the application method is simple; and the acid washing corrosion inhibitor is added in hydrochloric acid solution to serve as cleaning liquid for acid washing of carbon steel, so that the corrosion of the carbon steel in acid liquid can be effectively inhibited, the slow release rate of the carbon steel is high, the use level is low, and environmental protection and high efficiency are achieved.
