The special fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 21 to 40 parts of organic fertilizer, 4 to 10 parts of urea, 4 to 10 parts of potassium sulfate, 18 to 22 parts of potassium feldspar powder, 18 to 25 parts of calcium superphosphate and 0.4 to 0.6 part of compound microbial agent; the organic fertilizer is prepared by mixing and fermenting rapeseed dregs, cow dung, sheep manure, mushroom residues and corn stalk; and the compound microbial agent is mixed bacteria including bacillus subtilis, bacillus megatherium, bacillus mucilaginosus, rhodopseudomonas palustris and trichoderma harzianum. The fertilizer disclosed by the application contains the organic fertilizer and microbial components for increasing the utilization rate of the fertilizer, and also contains macroelement needed for maintaining normal growth of crops; and in addition, the fertilizer has the advantages that comprehensive nutritionfor a growth cycle of the tea can be provided, and topdressing is not needed after one-time fertilization, so that labor cost and fertilizer cost in the tea planting process are reduced and the output of the tea is improved.
