Example Embodiment

[0120] Example 1

[0121] The following examples of API prediction are used to illustrate the specific steps of the present invention including:

[0122] Step 1: Collect 100 samples of different types of crude oil, 80 as the calibration set and 20 as the verification set.

[0123] Step 2: The temperature of the sample is controlled at 30°C, and the BRUKER NIR spectrometer and ATR probe are selected for testing. Measure the near-infrared spectrum of the crude oil sample by directly inserting the ATR probe into each crude oil sample. The spectral range scan range is 4000-12500cm -1 , Resolution 16cm -1 , The cumulative scan times are 32 times. And in accordance with traditional standard methods to measure the API of crude oil samples. image 3 It is the original near-infrared spectrum of crude oil. It can be seen that the baseline drift of the original spectrum is severe, and the peak overlap is severe.

[0124] Step 3: Select 8000-4000cm -1 The absorbance in the spectral range is pre...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for establishing models for rapidly predicting crude oil properties by the aid of an attenuated total reflection probe and a near-infrared spectroscopy and an application of the method. The method includes: 1), establishing a training set of crude oil, and measuring properties of the crude oil in the training set; 2), measuring a near-infrared spectrogram of the crude oil in a near-infrared spectral region with the attenuated total reflection probe; 3), subjecting near-infrared spectrum, of the crude oil, obtained in the step 2) to pre-processing; 4), performing selection of training set samples on pre-processed spectrum data, and removing abnormal sample points; 5), selecting specific spectrum wave numbers according to to-be-measured properties of the crude oil and the spectrum data of the crude oil and establishing mathematical correlation models between the crude oil properties and the near-infrared spectrum data by the aid of a partial least squaresmethod. With the method, unknown crude oil properties can be predicated and analyzed rapidly; complex sample pretreatment is not needed, and the method has the advantages of simpleness in operation, high signal-to-noise ratio of the near-infrared spectrum, high precision of quantitative analysis of the models and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for constructing a model for quickly predicting properties of crude oil by using an attenuated total reflection probe and a near-infrared spectrometer and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Crude oil is the most important raw material for refining and chemical enterprises. On the one hand, the demand for crude oil has increased sharply, the import volume has expanded, and the price has remained high and fluctuated frequently; There are many characteristics such as differences in properties, high requirements for feed materials to the device, and difficulty in grasping the properties of blended oil. These have brought tremendous pressure to refining and chemical enterprises. Timely access to the current crude oil property evaluation data—that is, crude oil rapid evaluation, will provide support for the optimization of production processes such as crude oil trade, crude oil transportation, crude oil b...
